Should I start paying loans while I'm in school?

I'm currently a colle gr e freshman. I know I'll have to pay them when I graduate, but I was thinking of getting a head start. I want to at least decrease the amount I have to pay, by paying some money now. I don't have much, but I get paid this thursday, but I don't have anything else do pay for, so once I out my money on my savings card, I'll use the rest of the money not on my savings card to pay off some if my debt.
