Need help finding transcripts

I went to a school online at College of San Diego. The school closed in 2016. I have no way to access my transcript or even get them bc the department of education of San Diego says the school didn’t leave a way for anyone to access transcripts or anything.
I did graduate but was never sent anything after multiple attempts to get diploma. I logged into FASFA account and it shows that I did graduate. I just need someway to get transcript and or diploma.

Also: since department of education doesn’t have record could I get this off my credit report since there isn’t a record, even tho I’m in forbearance and I have applied for borrowers defense in 2022.
