I have contacted customer service at Mohela multiple times. I have been disconnected, not answered, given the run around, etc. Now I have been provided multiple different dates for my student loan repayments. I do not know what to do or what date is correct. I tried to set up Auto Pay over a week ago and have gotten NO updates. This is ridiculous is anyone else having the same issues?
edit: autopay never went thru and I DID remove my bank account info from the website and will be alerting my bank. Yall I didn’t realize that it was so bad and they would rob me this is my first time dealing with repayment so pls be nice. I tried to set it up before the issues all arose.
If you can’t get ahold of them then they don’t have to help you. It’s the way they intend it. If they give you incorrect info then they can penalize you for it. It’s all their racket.
