How do I get a loan that won’t be too bad to pay off?

Post Body

okay so im attending the university of houston right and living on campus. i thought FAFSA and scholarship would cover everything but like there was a problem with FAFSA because of like my immigration papers expiring and stuff. This meant I had to go with TASFA because I would atleast get some aid instead of waiting for a document to come (which would take forever) right and I didn’t wanna be stuck owing more. Okay so after TASFA and my scholarship, I’m stuck owning $3,400 dollars right. What do I do? I don’t think I qualify for federal loans because i still don’t have those immigration papers. What’s a good loan website or like loans? Please help, I’m a first gen student so my parents don’t really know.
