It doesn't seem to be against the rules, but any time someone asks about the SAVE plan, PSLF, or cheaper loan repayment options, there's always a few people in the comments bragging about how they worked hard and made it through college debt free, or telling OP that they shouldn't have made such bad decisions. Obviously some borrowers DID make bad decisions with their debt, but telling them this and nothing else seems to go against the spirit of the sub imo. As does anything where someone chastises a borrower for "wanting the tax payers to pay off their loan".
I don't think this is the sort of energy we need in a time when people are worrying about keeping a roof over their heads and feeding their families.
