Update: I spoke to Nelnet and they said you have to log on using Google Chrome.
I have had Nelnet since I graduated college. I went to log in with my password that I have always had. It says it is incorrect. I then tried to reset my password. It says that my old password was deactivated and I needed to make a new one. So I reset it. I go to log in and it’s not taking my new password. I don’t know what to do at this point. Are other people having problems?
