Credit Score Decreasing Every Month Because Of Negative Amortization

Post Body

I am on an income based repayment plan and the amount I pay every month is less than the interest I accrue. Since payments have restarted, my new higher balance is being reported every month to credit agencies and decreasing my score about 4 points per month. Maybe I'm mis-remembering but I don't recall this being an issue before the pause. Anyone relate or have advice?
