my student loans just vanished

so I went to check out my balance and the next thing I know, I'm logging in to a 0.00 balance a due date of 1/01/0001 and $20,194.94 paid off.
I don't know if I should be celebrating or suspicious anybody have a clue????? my loan servicer is through edfinancial. I am a state employee, but I never signed up for it.
