Do rest times matter a huge deal?

I know that ideally I would rest a day in between workouts, but right now I'm supervising my school gym Mon-Thurs after school, so it's a lot more convenient to go 4 days in a row, then take 3 off. Out of those 4 days I usually do one cardio, so I only do the program back to back once a week. Do you think this will have any major impact on my progress?
