Post Body

So basically I am going to be in a small dorm without access to a gym until December. I bought the resistance bands shown below, which have a door anchor and goes from 30lbs - 250lbs resistance, and I was curious if it’s realistic to make any gains in this time and what’s a good program that will help my StrongLifts lifts when I get back in gym?

Current Lifts: Squat - 230lbs Bench - 130lbs Row - 135lbs OHP - 90lbs Deadlift - 280lbs

Bands: HPYGN Resistance Bands Set, Exercise Bands with Handles, Ankle Straps, Door Anchor, Carry Bag, Home Workouts https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NVYTS8R/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_DEN3QBDEQ28HHSDFS1HD?psc=1
