How much to deload to for poor form

I started having some back pain after squats at 215 lbs. I checked my form and realized I'm leaning forward at the bottom of my squat. I tried to correct ot at weight and after 3 sets could not get it right so I dropped to bar only to finish. Any advice on 1 how to fix this and 2 what weight I should work at until it is corrected? Thanks.
