I recently started dancing again after 2.5 years and I honestly feel like I suck. My movements seem to lack flow and I often find myself losing my balance or even getting the twisties. I feel like blueface the way I can’t find the beat to my songs and I’m habitually stating at my body that didn’t used to look this way before I quit. My thighs and knees are black and purple so I physically can’t do the tricks I should be able to. I’m trying to reframe my thinking and have a good Friday night so I’m hoping you’ll tell me I’ll pick it back up quickly. Btw I feel this way in private rooms as well.
