Looking to prop some of my string of hearts into this little pot (~2" in @ opening and ~4" @ the base), and then hang it.
I was thinking of mixing some vermiculite into a mix of cactus soil / perlite so that it'll retain a little more moisture because:
1) small pots dry out SO fast and
2) this one will be hanging so I don't want to have to take it down frequently to give it a super thorough flush-watering.
The pot can fully drain as it has a hole and hollow base. Would adding the vermiculite be a death sentence for the SOH? Since they're succulents? My current SOH is super new so I don't have a ton of hands on experience with the plant. TIA!
