I have recently moved to California, US with L1 - Work Visa.
Created Strike account.
- Before submitting docs for ID verification I asked support If I could submit foreign docs. They said Yes.
- So I did, got denied and account closed, just like that. Asked support, their answer was: You cannot have an account with us. I pushed and they reopened it. Denied again. Support will tell me why it got denied, whats missing, what additional docs I can provide, nothing. Try again in a few months.
- 1.5 months passed, I got California Drivers License Real ID. Told support I got US Gov issued documentation now, can we restart the ID Verification process?
Now the shady part begins.
Quote " we are in the progress of upgrading to a different identity verification provider in your state.
We will reach out as soon as you'll be able to complete the verification process."
Another month has passed, I contact again. They reply the same thing.
At this point I think this is their polite way of saying, "you cannot open an account with us".
