Hi,

I'm portuguese living and working in the USA. Because strike asks where i live and that ID needs to match that country, I asked support if I eligible to create an account, they said yes.

I submited verification, waited a few days and the nezt time i opened the app it says your account is closed. Contacted customer support and a not so friendly representative said.

We were unable to verify your documentation, you cannot open an account with us.

Just like that, no why, if and buts. They did not request extra information or anything. Seems a bit drastic decision.

So, my question is, because they didn't answered any of my follow up questions. Can I, as a portuguese that lives and works in the USA with working VISA open an account at strike? Thanks
