Profiles won’t save on Apex

Alrighty, got the StrikePack recently. So I set everything up on pc normally and I got to firing range on Apex to fix my recoil for the first profile. I fix my first profile and so I switch to my second but when I try to change the recoil settings nothing changes. I then switch back to my first profile and same thing. It’s like I never changed profile ones recoil settings and I’m unable to change its recoil anymore.
