I have a mild shoulder impingement which I have seen a Physio for. I weight train regularly & I have incorporated the following stretches: Wall slides, Thoracic foam rolling, broomstick stretches plus RC strengthening exercises. I also have rounded shoulders with been sat at a desk all day. The discomfort that I was feeling tends to disappear after the stretches which I assume is a good sign but I am now waking up in pain in the shoulder. For the first hour after waking the pain is in the front of the shoulder which feels tight & I am unable to put my hand behind my back without pain. Is the pain that I am having just in the morning normal?
