Need clarification on something.

Im hoping to start stretching my ears as soon as my plugs get here and I've read the pinned post, so I'm going to dead stretch but was wondering if someone could tell me should I take my plugs out when sleeping after a few days or since I won't be at my goal for awhile keep them in except for when cleaning?
