I’ve been at 3.2mm for a while now, and have been trying to get a 4mm plug in for a few weeks. It goes halfway, but the back end will not budge. When putting pressure it hurts, so I stop as to not force it. There has been no progress at all.
I’ve read about 2 methods to stretch slowly, taping and using weights. My 3.2mm tunnels are too small to get any type of weights in, but I’m kind of scared of the taping method, as I’ve read you can damage your lobes.
Does anyone have tips on how to get to the bigger size? Experiences (good or bad) with taping? Some improvised weights I could wear in such small tunnels? Would love to hear it!
