Tunnels poking out.

How do I make my tunnels be perfectly aligned with my actual ear? It’s like they always poke out a little and I dont know maybe it’s my OCD but it just bothers me, the only ones that will perfectly align to my ears are silicon, but silicon breaks me out so bad.
- side note, this also happens with my glass&stone tunnels.
