Been using Stremio for almost a year happily on my PC and mobile devices. Recently tried to open it up on my PC for it to suddenly lag causing my PC to hang/stutter and eventually become unusable forcing a restart. This could be easily recreated whenever I open up Stremio (massive frames drop on the app the second it opens). I have tried to install the latest version but to no avail.

I have also tried Stremio Web as a workaround, but alas none of the external players work with it (VLC, MPC; some error regarding not being able to render file etc.).

Any solutions to both the above problems? Appreciate any assistance, thanks.

Edit: Not sure how but the second reinstall (both using the latest PC version) fixed it after a few days.
