Man I Fuckin suck at most games I play these days. I grew up in the 80s and 90s arcade era and was pretty decent in older games as a jit. But man as an adult, I’m learning that I don’t have the patience for it anymore. I am and have always been a SF fan, but man… idk what happened but I am garbage these days, and no matter what I do I just can’t get better. I love the series, and although it’s old already, I’ve only been playing SFV for about 4 months now… and no matter what I do I can’t seem to improve. I don’t know anything bout frame rates and traps and dps or whatever todays FGC terminology is, and even when reading it in explanations I’ve found online, it just looks like hieroglyphics. Can’t escape the bronze tiers, don’t know what I’m doing in training mode, can’t seem to learn the timings, feel like I’m always losing or taking hits no matter what I’m doing control wise… So should I just retire from gaming all together?
