Sf6 is my first street fighter game I decided to put hours into. I’ve been playing for some months, and i fell in love with the game and especially Manon.

I learned my basics, started as a rookie, grinded ranked, lab, and private rooms with fellow players from a discord community.

I got stuck at diamond 1, pushed through, and finally earned my spot in master. 1500 to 1600 mr, and then… loss after loss. All the way down to 1100… when I face diamond players, it feels like a breeze and I have no problem beating them (usually, some diamond players are true monsters I know). But when it comes to masters, even if they play like a damn iron ryu jumping everywhere, I can’t seem to do anything! I know I have bad fighting habits, so I work on these, try to learn more about the frame data, labbing more and more. But it’s genuinely demoralizing. Last night, for the first time in months, after a few matches I didn’t want to play another game.

So I bought the dlc characters and fell in love with akuma (I know, another akuma player haha), and it feels so refreshing, but I’m totally shit with him. Nevertheless I’m gonna keep at it, I just wanted to rant a bit. Thank you for reading this!
