Password Reset - No email from Strava

I got a new phone and I forgot my Strava password and have been trying to reset my Strava account since Friday. I have reset my password about 20 times (phone and desktop, mobile app and website) and have received no emails.

I emailed [email protected] and got an automated reply but NOTHING else. Is the password reset feature just not working for everyone or is there something wrong with my account?

I don't want to start a new account as I have had one for 5 years.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
