Workout not showing up in Strava??

I did an outdoor run yesterday and tracked it on my Apple Watch through the workout app and normally it syncs with Strava and it shows up under Strava immediately after I’m done with the run. I deleted the Strava app and reinstalled it and it’s not showing up still. I know I can manually add it in but then all of my details and splits and map info won’t show up in Strava. Does anyone know how I can add this in or what to do in this situation?? Any and all help is appreciated thanks!
