Emotional numbing

Hey yall so I am about 3 weeks in on 80mg after a week on 40. I have roughed out every side effect and honestly didn’t have it too bad. Maybe some insomnia and def a period of constipation. Now I feel I am facing my toughest foe yet- numbness. Not even sadness or despair- just kinda here. I feel so matter of fact and literal now when I used to love joking around with people. I’m just curious from the veterans if this is a feature of the med or something temporary. Thank you.
