Stratis Windows Wallet

I want to start staking my stratis. It will probably not be very profitable until Stratis moons to 1000$! I downloaded the windows wallet, I have had my computer on all night and it still says its one year behind synchronizing with the network.
The good news is the wallet is cool as hell looking!
I was wondering can I access this wallet from any pc with my passphrase? How do I do this? Just download the wallet and click on backup wallet and put in the passcode?
