Has anybody put together the timeline of scenes where El is still in the lab?

We've had flashbacks to the lab through all seasons, and a lot of new backfilling in season 4. Now I'm rewatching season 1.

For example, in season 1 El refuses to kill a cat in one flashback, then she's carried to her cell by two guards. She forcibly throws one of them against the wall, and snaps the other guy's neck. How do I line up this show of destructive power with some of the flashbacks in season 4, where she's portrayed as perhaps the weakest child among many until she's definitely not.

Various flashbacks in season 1 involve things like the coke can, which is pretty innocuous. But some of the scenes relate to El in sensory isolation leading up to where she touches the demogorgon and blasts the gateway open, which would be after season 4's events.

Has anybody tried lining up El's history? Is everything that we see in season 1 after the events we're shown in season 4? Are they simply exercises in control? Brenner seems especially calm at times if he's already aware of El's power.
