So I’m rewatching season 3 and I still have the same opinion I had when I watched it the first time there’s just something that doesn’t feel like stranger things, I really hope some of this stuff gets fixed in season 4.

One I think season 3 had 2 many storylines, Hopper and Joyce, Steve and Robin and Erica, Nancy and Jonathan, the rest of the party I think it was to much I would love if the party could at least come together at some point like the way they did it in season 2 was flawless

I think the show is getting to many new characters like Alexi was cool ( and very well acted) but he didn’t really add anything to the plot I think they need to stop adding characters and focus on the current characters that they have. Show how everything is effecting them the trauma they went through I think that season 2 did a great job of this while still making it fun

No more people being flayed or possessed , and shutting the gate, it was so well executed in season 2, and had a good reason season 3 just felt like a rehash and also I think when everyone was flayed it cheapened it somehow for me I also didn’t like how they had to battle the mind flayer a weapon verses the actual mind flayer in the upside down I wonder how they are going to beat that tbh or if they will beat it ??? like I don’t think closing the gate is the way to stop it, they have to actually battle it imo

More about the upside down less about the Russians I think I was disappointed with the plot like the Russians when I was expecting learning more about other numbers, the upside down so I’m hoping season 4 has more about the upside down and focuses on how the Russians tie back together with the rest of the plot aka brenner and the Russians would be interesting, Hopper trapped in the upside down would be interesting final mind flayer battle would be interesting.

I’m torn between wanting season 4 to be the last season I mean I think it should be because we need a final mind flayer battle, unless they gotta do something to defeat him and brenner I think both of those things could be done in the 4th season I also hope it takes place during either Christmas or thanksgiving , just hope it gets the vibe of 1 and 2 back and ditches the vibe of 3 and I say this as someone who really really really really loves this show but 3 was very disappointing. ,The plot was the most disappointing but the acting was amazing. It went from being an amazing Emmy show to something on the Cw currently.
