New thoughts after rewatch
Okay, I’m only putting this out here because I don’t have anyone else to share this with
I did a rewatch last week of season 4 and before the finale I may have had some edibles… But as I watched the last episode, I came to the realization that all the story lines were different movie genres.
And I felt ridiculous thinking this but I swear I lost it when El drew out her plan on the dusty van. Then watching the Russia story… each shot got more and more “American action movie. And Hawkins story was horror.
Just wondering if anyone else noticed this?
It also makes me think that maybe the 4th season was all a dream? And I say this because of how much this season was just straight up A Nightmare on Elm Street. No other season felt like it was straight from an 80s movie. They have had their nods to them, but this season was seriously just Freddy Krueger induced.
Just a few thoughts. I’m sure I’ll get down voted but I can’t be the only person who has this feeling
