Straight Talk doesn't allow tethering if you have an AT&T network?
Post Body

After moving to an area where decent internet isn't an option, I started getting the unlimited data plan, as I get fantastic mobile data where I'm at. I much prefer to do things on my tablet over my phone, so the 10gb tethering option they recently introduced with this plan was my main attraction.

So after about 1.5 months of occasional tethering, I get a text saying that tethering is not allowed with my plan. I hit up their online chat service (much recommended over phone call) and I'm informed that any AT&T based network doesn't support tethering.

Anyone else experience this? And also, what gives? When I asked why it wasn't supported, the tech ghosted me.
