I mentioned poppers in a post and I was bombarded with down votes.

Well, I don’t drink alcohol or use any drugs including weed.

My girlfriend’s ex husband (and father to her children) died suddenly and violently from alcoholism right in front of her and her kids. He fell down, coughed violently and all of his teeth fell out and sprayed in blood across the floor. He died almost instantly from a ruptured esophagus.

So, she hates alcohol so I don’t have the “try a glass of wine to relax option” because I respect her completely.

I use poppers VERY sparingly. I take a couple of small sniffs to relax me and let her get in my ass. And then after she’s in I ask her to wait and take another small hit and then I’m more comfortable. I don’t touch them after that.

It’s amyl nitrate and it’s very dangerous if used often. It’s also incredibly corrosive and can burn your skin if you get any on you.

I never assume people are stupid or ignorant for any choice they make.

And, without judging them I’d certainly ask questions if I thought they might not understand dangers of certain things.

Alcohol is the 7th leading cause of death and disability in the US.

So, if you are open minded and not an addict or recovering addict poppers are perfectly safe if used VERY sparingly and just to relax your body for 30 seconds if you tense up.

I’ll stop using them as I get more accustomed to anal play.
