Probiotics after cleaning?

I’ve noticed after cleaning for play (typically a few bulbs the night before, and then 3-6 bulbs the day of. So not a deep cleaning) — it takes me 5-7 days before my body has adjusted back to normal. And by “normal” I mean regular bathroom visits etc. I’m wondering whether the cleansing is fucking with my gut, and whether anyone uses probiotics supplements to help get your system back to normal? And if so, which ones?
