For the past several years I have had ideas for stories set in diffrent universes and time periods. One of the longest running is one that is Sci-Fi based. I have the world, Universe and everything set forward ready mentally. I even have some sketches I have done for random things, but I have struggles with coming up with an actual story. To start with. If your wondering it is a universe that is kind of based somewhat around war, but not entirley though. Its not Grim dark like Warhammer 40k, and its not upbeat like the OG Star Wars trilogy is (also I enjoy both of these series btw.) What I am asking is how do I find out what to start with. I feel overwhelmed by not knowing where to start.
