Im confused on how the Oatpact worked. Why did Talenel stay on Damnation for 4,500 years instead of giving in after a couple years like he and the other Heralds were doing before?
On top of that, if not all the heralds are needed to make the oathpact work and hold back the Voidbringers, why didn't they just take turns? The rest of them not going back to Braize didnt seem to make the system stop working.
I'm probably just forgetting something that was already explained, but I'm hoping to to get it laid out for me here.
So did talanels resolve breaking coincide with the return of the everstorm by sheer coincidence? Or did he break before that and it took him a while to get to kholinar?
Makes sense. I've just forgotten alot of little details ive already read lol. Thats why im so confused.
The other comments suggest that odium managed to circumvent the oathpact using the everstorm, so i dont think ayone needed to brake.
How did ishar alter the oathpact? Figured only honour could do that.
