Talenelat'Elin and Stoneward's powers
Post Body

I know we haven't seen a lot of Taln yet or any Stoneward but I seriously can't wait. We know he's the strongest of the Heralds in terms of raw fighting prowess and all I want is to see the full might of Taln unleashed. I can picture it in my head, him facing down thousands of enemy troops and just demolishing them singlehandedly. We know he's the patron herald of the Stonewards so I'm just exited to see the power of what a fully fledged Stoneward is capable of, and it seems terrifying in my head cannon. He'll have both the powers of Tension and Cohesion and this is terrifying for anyone facing him. I can imagine Taln just walking menacingly while hundreds of arrows fly at him and he just extends his palm and melts any arrow that touches him. He could liquefy the ground around him to lure in hundreds of enemies then harden it, trapping them and making them immobile. I don't even want to see him use a shardblade, I want Taln to go in bare handed and just start decking people with his absolutely massive size. He could literally punch through any sort of armor or helmet by liquifying it as soon as his fits touches it and punch straight through to sack you in the face. I could imagine him running with his feet or legs half submerged in the ground constantly so that every move or action he makes is literally leveraged against the planet making him an immovable fortress, sort of like a more anchored version of using adhesion to stick your feet to the ground. Also is there anything stopping him of using the surge of tension to harden the literal air around him either my making weapons or barriers out of nothing or just plainly suffocating people? All of this is of course speculation so feel free to correct me where I'm wrong. There's so many possibilities and I'm exited to see what it'll look like but I'll probably have to wait another 5-10 years to see in in the back half of the stormlight series.
