(Cosmere) Fleet theory

Fleet is the Stormfather. Honor used to be the one who controlled the storms, he raced fleet and ended up killing him but because of his honor he splintered his investiture into him causing him to merge with the storm and become the Stormfather.
This theory is kinda silly but seems kinda cool
