Post Body

I was wondering if anyone else has progressively gotten better then would have one really bad anxious day, and take a little bit to recover? Like even though the last 2 weeks I've had "bad days" they were still better days than anything that happened the first week I stopped taking stimulants. But yesterday just hit me like I was at the beginning all over again, and I'm doing better now but it still feels like I've taken 300 steps backwards. Couldn't sleep the entire night- just fighting my pounding heart, anxiety and weird paranoid thoughts all night on top of high anxiety all during the day. Does this sound normal to anyone else?
