After 13 months of PAWS, I’m able to sleep again, and… yikes…
Post Body

It’s been 10-11 hours daily for the past week. Do I just let my brain do its thing?

Should also add that cutting down on Wellbutrin has made a big difference too.

Kind of makes me wonder where I’d be recovery wise if I’d been able to sleep more the first year.

Haha! You know, I hope I’m still active here every day helping other people break through.

I’ve tried using the social media reach I have to talk about this more too.

Thanks! 😁. I always recognize your posts too and look forward to the day we can celebrate being free from this nightmare and can tell others how great it is on the other side.

It’s ok. Getting better with each Wellbutrin dose reduction.

Well, it’s possible that the Wellbutrin I was on played a significant role, although insomnia does present for many people as a PAWS symptom so who knows

When you’re off Wellbutrin it’s hard to wake up?
