NAC & Niacin to help dopamine down-regulation & cravings after quitting?

I haven’t the energy at moment to include the articles I’ve scanned on this topic…. But

What is your experience (or take) on using NAC or high-dose Niacin to regenerate new neurons & help improve dopamine pathways after/during withdrawal from stimulants?

Did they help minimize withdrawals or relapse? Regulate the Gaba system? Clear toxic metabolites from the brain?

I’ve read both NAC & high-dose Niacin can also help with abstaining from substances (particularly alcohol)…. Like they help reduce cravings & anxiety?
