Reduce gaming / Quit Gaming
Post Body

Im 28 M, i have a job that I like, i have friends to hangout, I go to gym. I read. I play piano. I took a week without gaming because i was in a point where i lost interest in gaming after finishing Elden Ring. Then i watched some youtube for quitting gaming and read some story on this reddit and i I tought...i know that videogames are a waste of time but still like it. Gaming is the same point of watching tv series, watching tv, watching youtube, be drunk for a night, take drugs because you are annoyed. Everything is a waste of time. Should i feel guilty if sometimes i play videogames? Hell no, 1/2 hours of gaming when i have free time is not the end of the world. My friends dont play videogames and Im much more intelligent tham them. Some of them go party and drink a lot, some watch masterchef or sports for hours becuase they like. They arent much more different than me. What do you think of me? Am I wrong or I am missing something?
