I've more or less purged gaming from my life, I've seen how it really is. However, I keep getting this craving to do something fun online and my go-to had been gaming.
I have added other activities in my life, such as reading, drawing, exercising, and meditating which all have their time and place but I guess I'm still craving dopamine. I don't even enjoy gaming anymore.
There's a mobile game I was thinking of playing that I do still kinda find fun but it's kinda addictive and I don't want to be spending much time.
Advice would be appreciated
