I spend way to much time in my room on the internet/playing games
Post Body

At what point do I just decide to sell everything and just get a simple phone and laptop that doesn't have gaming capabilities? Is it to much to sell everything in one go?

I spend way to much time in my room on my computer. I feel like my body is in autopilot and I'm not sure what to do

Hey guys. I need some input. I use computers/game way to much. I'm 26 work full time and live with my parents

I'm not sure what else to do really. This weekend for example.

  • I got up at 8am Saturday
  • Went straight from my bed to my chair and checked the normal Reddit's I check everyday
  • staying in my room till 6 and had diner with my fam for 30 minutes
  • used computer/gamed till 2am

This cycle repeats everyday and everyweek night

  • I have friends that I talk do daily.
  • I have a good 9-5 job

I don't even enjoy the games I play. It's like it's just an arbitrary activity I do Because I have been doing the same thing for the last 15 years.

It's like my life is on auto pilot. I want to make a change but there's only so much other things can fill the time I spend on my computer/in my room

Has anyone gone full cold turkey recently and legit got rid of everything?

What was the first thing you did after you sold/uninstalled everything??

Thanks
