Quitting gaming had left a huge space that I don't know how to fill.
Post Body
doing bodyweight fitness had helped me stay away from video games, the problem is that after 4 months, I still don't know how to fill this empty space, I still have no idea what to do for fun.
now don't get me wrong, I don't want to go back to playing video games, the reason I quit in the first place is because it became just not interesting for me any more.
now I can't figure out what I should do instead because I'm too socially anxious to try anything.
anyone else experienced this after quitting?
