Hello fam, itβs just been over 6 months that I quit dipping and I am super proud of myself. Almost slipped a few times but was always scared to start over maybe it was this fear that helped me stay away. Itβs not necessarily been a smooth ride, bumpy very bumpy at times but itβs definitely worth it.
A few things that worked for me - Teaza pouches (not promoting) - Tea tree oil toothpicks - Strong flavored chewing gum - Accountability - Most importantly the 10 minute let the craving pass rule, this worked for me and helped me stay away during the initial months.
I know Iβm still not fully safe but trying to get there day by day. This group has been incredibly supportive and posting here and being consistent helped me stay on track.
Good luck to all of you who recently quit or planning to quit.
