I looked at myself in the mirror, and didn’t process it until 10 seconds later, I had the thought “oh did I just look at myself in the mirror?” Meanwhile I’m already in another room checking my phone… 10 seconds later “oh I just looked at my phone”… and so on.

I feel like I could literally walk into traffic and not notice until 10 seconds after it happened lol.

Is there a term for this feeling, like you’re not conscious of the decisions you’re making and don’t realize you did it until 10 secs after?

Like you’re watching your life on a tv with a 10 second delay?
