Now that the Star Wars franchise has used a few CGI stand ins for dead or otherwise aged characters (Princess Leia, general Tarken, young Luke Skywalker), I had a thought.
What if there are certain cuts in scenes where they replace that one single shot with a CGI replacement, and they put it in the movie to see if we notice? Maybe the CGI is getting SO advanced that they can perfectly simulate a human?
