I have a question, what does it mean when people say, "smoke me out"?

An example, a guy said he is going to come over and smoke me out. I know it has a sexual connotation but what is it?
I know I am dumb in this area, so spare me whatever you can.
Edit: thanks for the helpful responses. I was way off in my interpretation of this phrase. I didn't know there is an etiquette to consider for smoking with others and sharing weed. Haha.

Thanks for explaining this. I had no idea about this. i am a little confused by the last part. I guess you both need to understand what may happen before agreeing to smoke.
