So I’ve seen a lot of posts on here recently asking about how to hide the smell of smoke from your parents or partner or whatever. I used to go through that so I thought I’d offer what I found helped me. Quick disclaimer this post is about countering the lingering smell NOT about the smell of smoking itself. Smoke outside or in a very well ventilated area, it reduces the smell to your clothes afterwards. The smell WILL stick to your fingers and your breath, used hand sanitizer or wash your hands with soap and hot water to cover your hands and use BREATH STRIPS for your breath not gum or mints, it works way better, drinking water will also help. I found that the smell also stuck to my hair so I would wear a hat and then leave my hat in my room or in the car so it wouldn’t reek. The smell will probably stick to the collar of your shirt as well, spray perfume or cologne on the BACK collar of your shirt and your shoulders, it’s gonna smell more there than anywhere else
