I have gotten a great deal out of this sub and I am very grateful for it. It has helped me cope with some traumatizing experiences I have had in the last few years.
I have seen many suffering folks ask how they can navigate their own particularly painful experience in their lives.
I am partway through the book âRadical Forgivenessâ by Colin Tipping and humbly offer it as a book that has some very useful âhow toâ steps that align very well with Stoic thought.
It doesnât mention Stoicismâinstead using some language of both Buddhism and Christianityâbut offers some concrete ways to shift oneâs thinking from a place of victimization to a place of Amor Fati.
Itâs helping me, and I thought I would share. đ
